Level 2 Award in Identifying and Controlling Food Allergy Risks - Next course 5th Mar
This course covers a wide range of topics within Food allergy and intolerances. These include Food safety, Food allergens - a food hazard, Food allergy, Food intolerance, Coeliac disease, Food allergy -a growing problem and Food information for consumers. 
Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering - Next course 17th Mar

The course is designed for supervisors in the food industry. It is intended to equip people in a supervisory position with adequate knowledge to ensure that their company operates in a hygienic and efficient manner.
