There are a number of viable and interesting options which include the full Intermediate Diploma in HR Management, or progression to Level 5 HR Consultant Partner apprenticeship if in a suitable job role.

Entry qualifications can be set by individual employers, however, typically The College would be looking for achievement of either:
• 4 GCSEs at C and above, including English and Maths – apprentices without these will need to achieve this prior to taking the end point assessment
• a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship
• other relevant qualifications and experience
