What do I need to apply
To do this course you should have...
Sucessful completion of industry related Level 2 qualification (in hair/make-up/beauty) and a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grades 9-4 (formerly A*-C) or a Level 2 Functional Skill in English and Maths. You will be expected to work on clients and provide models for assessments. You will enhance your practical work with theory elements and assignments that will be worked on at home.

You will also need to wear flat black enclosed shoes (no trainers). You will also need to wear smart black trousers, and a black long-sleeved top (no leggings or jeans)

- Client Care and Consultation
- Health & Safety of treatments
Students must be prepared to work on each other and experience all procedures listed above, and work on paying clients as part of the assessment process.

Start Day/Time
Hours of attendance and start date will be confirmed at interview or enrolment. Starting in September 2023. It is likely to be a Thursday evening, once a week (5.30-9pm) starting in September over 2 terms (until Easter) Term-time only.
