What courses can I do after this?
You can progress to a Bricklaying Apprenticeship. You could apply to study another Level 2 Full-Time course at The College. You could potentially apply to study a T-Level in Construction/Built Environment.
What jobs can I get?
This course is an ideal stepping stone for progression within the industry. You can find work as a Bricklaying Apprentice, an Improver Bricklayer or Labourer after this course with the opportunity to progress within the industry to become a Bricklayer, Ground Worker or General Builder.
What do I need to apply
To do this course you should have...
For direct entry on to this course you will require passes at Grades 4-9 in maths and English and a keen interest in moving into Bricklaying.
If you have completed a Level 1 in a different Construction subject you will also be considered for entry to this course.
What about work experience?
You will be expected to complete 30 hours of Work Related Experience tasks.

Depending on GCSE grades on entry - the study programme will include GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English.
