Department Overview

You'll be taught in our real commercial facilities, including our very own renowned restaurant. You'll be learning from inspirational and experienced lecturers who have all worked within the industry for many years. Our courses are predominantly practical-based (the 'hows'), with elements of theory learning to enhance your knowledge and understanding (the 'whys'). You’ll gain realistic experience in our professional kitchens and our fine dining restaurant, 'The Escoffier', whilst developing your skills with a local employer in weekly work experience.
