As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support the successful delivery of projects by providing efficient administrative and organisational assistance. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and business operations while developing key professional skills.

The apprentice will either follow a CIPD HR qualification or similar administration qualification. As the apprentice's skills and training develop they will work with the HR team to successfully provide administrative support across the various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive Apprentice who is eager to learn about People Operations and Payroll. You will gain hands-on experience across both teams in a supportive, mentor-led environment, developing valuable knowledge in HR and Finance within a manufacturing and engineering setting.

Main tasks/focus will be trained in all aspects of fabrication and welding as well as gaining extensive knowledge of engineering materials and standards used in the Aerospace sector.

Working within a friendly day nursery, caring and education babies and young children whilst gaining a qualification in level 2 and/or level 3.

You will be working alongside experienced Engineers and Technicians to perform scheduled tasks. You will learn all aspects of Production Engineering, namely, milling, turning, grinding & inspection. After 4 years, you will have an excellent all-round knowledge of Production Engineering.
