UPDATE: Latest Advice on COVID-19

National Lockdown

Following the announcement of a national lockdown by the Prime Minister on 4th January 2021, all learning has now moved online for most students until at least February Half-Term. This means you should follow the Government’s stay at home guidance and should only attend college if:

  • you have been contacted directly by your tutor with an invitation to attend

From Tuesday 12th January, we will also be offering access to spaces in our Learning Environments. You can book a space by emailing LRCstaff@bpc.ac.uk if:

  • you don't have easy digital access, a suitable device, or if you find it difficult to find a quiet place to study

Bournemouth & Poole College's priority is to maintain a safe environment for our students, staff and wider community, whilst ensuring that everyone is getting the most out of their college experience.

We recognise that this is an evolving situation and official advice changes regularly. As such, we are frequently reviewing our policies and closely monitoring the advice from the Department of Education and Public Health England.

Our learning might be online for the time being, but we are still open for applications. You can search for a course here.

Please continue checking this webpage to keep up-to-date with our latest developments.
