Your University Centre Clearing Options - It's Open from Thursday, 13th August- The Way to Your Future
The launch of our state-of-the-art University Centre signified an exciting landmark for Bournemouth and Poole College and the provision of Degree Level qualifications in industry-standard facilities. We work closely with over 2,000 businesses to keep our Degree Level courses updated and relevant, to fully prepare you with the experience and expertise employers are after. Clearing could be the answer for studying at Bournemouth and Poole College.
Whilst we’ve provided Higher Education (HE) courses for many years, we’ve been building up our repertoire of HE programmes and boast a suite of courses to work with, across Animation, Esports, Engineering, People/Human Resources, CGI, and more. To view our courses, you can click: https://www.thecollege.co.uk/university-centre/study/subject-areas
All of our Degree Level courses are high-quality and achieve fantastic results. They’re franchised by leading universities and businesses and we’re recognised as an established provider of Higher Education by the QAA (Quality Assurance Agency). Whether you want to study a Degree or a Degree Apprenticeship, Bournemouth and Poole College is the place for you.
Clearing is how colleges and universities fill any places they still have on their courses.
From 2nd July applicants can apply for a course using Clearing if they are not already holding an offer from a University or College, and the course still has places.
Clearing isn’t about failing. It’s meant to give you a second chance at taking control of your future. You can also apply to Uni’s/ Colleges that may have previously rejected you. This is your chance to try again so "Don’t panic!'
If you do get your planned place with us – then great, but there’s always scope through the UCAS clearing process. This handy guide from UCAS will help you find your way through clearing: What is Clearing? Find out when Clearing happens and how it works
For one of our Full-Time Foundation Degree and BA courses, you need to apply online via the UCAS website: Search courses | 2026 | Undergraduate | Full-time | Bournemouth and Poole College | UCAS
