Course Overview
This programme is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to install, commission, maintain and service air source heat pump systems, unvented hot water systems, and water regulation-compliant installations. The course combines theoretical learning with practical workshops and industry-recognised assessments to support competence in low-carbon heating technologies and domestic water systems.

Qualified Plumbers, aged 19 or over that live or work in the Dorset area and wish to improve their opportunity to gain work and increased revenue for contracts with domestic installation of heat pumps in the local green skills market.

Discussed on a one-to-one basis with tutor subject to learning and development needs.
Opportunities to grow revenue through extra domestic heat pump installation work for heat pumps or progress within the industry in a higher level role.
Employers with less than 250 employees £350 (10% of full cost).
Employers with more than 250 employees £1,050 (30% of full cost).
