Course Overview

Develop your in-house trainers with our comprehensive two-day train the trainer course which provides the skills, confidence and structure to design and deliver one-to-one and group training sessions in the workplace.

In-house trainers will enable you to upskill your workforce to your standards in a cost effective way.

 

Course delivery:

Blended approach of on-line live tutor led interactive session, plus face to face practical session with feedback.

·         The learning cycle

·         Aids and barriers to learning

·         Dale’s Cone of Learning

·         Learning styles

·         Knowles adult learning principles

·         How to structure a training session

·         Designing activities and icebreakers

·         Formulating questions and question techniques

·         Practical sessions and feedback

There are no formal entry requirements.

Progress monitoring is informal with continuous assessment throughout the day.
