Embark on a culinary adventure and immerse yourself in the vibrant flavours and aromas of North Africa with our "A Taste of Morocco" evening course. This hands-on experience is perfect for food enthusiasts eager to explore the rich and diverse cuisine of Morocco, renowned for its bold spices and warm hospitality.

Throughout this exciting course, participants will learn to create iconic Moroccan dishes that showcase the art of spice blending and traditional cooking techniques. You will begin by mastering the beloved Lamb Tagine, a slow-cooked dish that features tender lamb simmered with a medley of aromatic spices, dried fruits, and vegetables, resulting in a symphony of flavours, plus a vegetable Tagine.

Additionally, you’ll learn how to make Khobz, a traditional flatbread that is perfect for scooping up flavourful tagine and enjoying with friends and family. To elevate your dishes, we will explore the bold flavours of harissa, a spicy, aromatic chili paste, and the art of using salted lemons, which add a burst of unique flavour to many Moroccan recipes.
