Course Overview

This course is designed to introduce learners to the dynamic and interconnected worlds of business and the travel and tourism industry. It provides a strong foundation for those who are looking to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence before progressing to higher-level study or employment in these sectors.

Pearson BTEC Level 2 Technical Certificate in Sales & Marketing, GCSE Maths and English, Work Experience and Preparation, Pastoral Support and Personal Development.

This course is designed for 16-19-year-olds with a strong desire to work within the dynamic world of Business

You will require a minimum of 3 GCSEs, including English and maths, at Grades 1-3.

Alternatively, successful completion of a relevant Entry 3 qualification and have achieved Entry 3 Functional Skills in English and maths.

The course comprises 4 mandatory units:

  • Marketing in Business
  • Research the Marketing of a Product or Service
  • Create Digital Marketing Communications
  • Plan and Present a Marketing Campaign

     

Work related activities are embedded into the course

T Level business, Level 3 Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Level 3 Travel & Tourism or an Apprenticeship in Business.
