Course Overview
This Level 3 Award will build confidence for managers or leaders in the construction industry to cope with recruitment,managing and developing of people in a legislative construction environment,and challenging issues.

Managers or leaders, aged over 19 working in the construction industry. Responsible for hiring labour and managing and developing people and their behaviours, or lack confidence in managing people issues, ,given the risks of a legislative environment and higher health and safety liabilities in the construction industry.
Expected to have experience in the construction industry, and a minimum Level 2 qualification.
Summative and formative assessment 1:1, peer-to-peer and group discussions sessions with Q&A at the end of each module.
Expected to have work experience in the construction industry.
Discussed individually with the tutor on individual's potential development areas.
Leadership and management positions in the construction or built environment industries.
Employers less than 250 employees co investment fee is £350 (10% of the full cost).
Employers mor than 250 employees co investment fee is £1,050 (30% of the full cost).
Parking is not available on campus during term time, please research local pay and display off campus.
Consecutive Wednesdays attendance, please bring a laptop, notepad, pen and your own lunch and refreshments.
