Emily comments: “Having been in post for only three months, I’m still in the learning phase of the job, seeing how I can bring new ideas and put my stamp on the role. I’m am feeling really enthusiastic about developing the school tours and taster sessions that the college offers and ways to fully showcase our amazing facilities here.” Emily is also involved in external events to promote the college. She adds: “I have already been all across the BCP area and even further afield – Wareham, Ringwood, New Milton and Blandford. I feel very privileged to be able to travel across our beautiful county attending various events and visiting schools. The ultimate goal of my role is educate students on the amazing opportunities that are here at the college and to show them an alternative pathway.”
