The College is committed to being a fair and inclusive organisation, and to reducing its gender pay gap. Each year we produce a report to show how large the pay gap is between male and female employees.

The data for the report is taken on the 31st March each year and is a snapshot of payment rates for the previous 12 months from which the figures are calculated. The data used includes not only full-time, part-time, apprentices, and casual employees.

The figures are calculated in accordance with the legislative requirements and are reported in the same way.
