You'll cover topics including key Customer Service, IT and administration skills that are crucial to the effective operation of Financial Services businesses. You may even have the opportunity to take part in a work placement where you will join a (local) employer to work as part of their team and learn the relevant and valuable experience of how they operate.

You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the Financial Services industry, how it is structured and regulated. You will also be introduced to terminology used within the industry and the key features of financial products. This will give you an insight into working within Financial Services across a variety of roles and provide you with an excellent foundation for further study.
