We have an in-house recruitment service and work with job market analysts emsi to provide you with a combination of exceptional courses, employability skills and expert advice that will allow you to progress and succeed.
1. Our courses
We work with businesses and elab, our in-house recruitment team, to ensure we understand what skills and knowledge you need in a job. We use this to develop our courses incorporating the latest innovations and practises in the industry.
Put all that together with fantastic work experience placements and employability training and you’ll be ready to jump straight into a job.
Learning the practical skills and theory is always useful, but our employability training prepares you for work in a different way. You need to have the right attitude, behaviour and motivation. So, throughout your course you’ll work towards certain targets to ensure you’re ready for work. And to prove it you could earn your Employment Passport. It shows future employers that you have met key goals such as team work, positive attitude, work experience and attendance.
