Gas ACS - Core Gas Safety (LPG) Intensive - Training
In brief...
Training (for holders of CCN1) in core gas safety for domestic LPG appliances and equipment - the differences between NG and LPG.
This course is to test the knowledge and skills of gas operatives in accordance with the health and safety legislation and conformity with the European Standard EN45013.
What courses can I do after this?
On completion of this training you will be able to apply for assessment in LPG core gas safety and subsequently apply to Gas Safe for registration subject to your current certification.
In addition you may wish to consider assessment and training where appropriate in:
- CKR1 (Cookers)
- DAH1 (Warm Air)
- CENWAT1 (Boilers/water heaters)
- HTR1 (Fires and wall heaters)
- MET1 (meters)
- CONGLP1 (NG to LPG Core Gas Safety Changeover)
- HTRLP2 (LPG Appliances)
- CCN1 (Core Gas Safety)

To do this course you should have...
To apply for this training you must satisfy the BPEC criteria.
You must provide information to the assessment centre regarding your gas industry experience and qualifications on the BPEC 'Application for Assessment' form.
