Latest GCSE results offer students chance to develop their careers.
Bournemouth & Poole College has announced its latest GCSE exam results in English and Maths, demonstrating success levels even higher than last year.
Students joining the College in September with a GCSE grade 3 in English and Maths worked towards exam resits held in November, offering the opportunity to gain the standard pass grade 4 or above needed for future academic and career progression.
Bournemouth & Poole College has launched a new online programme, ‘Little Things Matter at BPC’, which offers students the opportunity to keep active and engaged whilst studying from home.
Hosted on Microsoft Teams, ‘Little Things Matter at BPC’ is a programme of exciting online activities aimed at helping look after our students’ wellbeing throughout lockdown. These activities range from online drop in sessions and quizzes to interactive workouts!
How to stay safe online
As we find ourselves in another period of lockdown with students learning from home, it is important that we stay safe whilst online. We have lots of useful resources on our website that students and parents/carers can access and use – thecollege.co.uk/safeguarding

Update 31st December
Following the Government announcement on Wednesday 30th December to delay the start of on site teaching/delivery for schools and Colleges, we have included below some useful information to outline how the start of term will work.
Monday 4th January
This will be a non-teaching day for all students (including vulnerable students) and therefore students should not attend College. We are aware that there is a need for some remote delivery to take place. If this affects you, you will be contacted directly by your tutor.
