Course Content
This qualification consists of 3 short Units, assessed through 3 online multiple choice exams:
1. Principles of Wine Sources and Production
2. Principles of Wine Service
3. Principles of Customer Care in the Wine Industry
Allowing learners to develop skills and understanding essential for providing a wine service in the hospitality sector, such as; understanding the difference between different types of wine production through to wine regions, matching wine to food dishes/menu choices, and the final unit, focuses on the importance of professional presentation of serving wine and customer service excellence.
