What courses can I do after this?
On successful completion of the Level 1; you could progress onto the Level 2 Diploma full time or an apprenticeship Level 2 programme if you find an employer.
What jobs can I get?
As a College Apprentice you will have access to all college resources to help with your training. You will also have a personal training co-ordinator who will work with you and your Employer to help you throughout your training period.
Expect to earn at least £100 per week within your first year of training.
While your technical skills and knowledge will develop over the course of your Apprenticeship, you will also need to demonstrate to your Employer

You will need to have a minimum of Maths and English qualifications equivalent to a GCSE Grade 2 or E.

Course content
Course Content
You will study installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, above ground drainage pipework (copper, plastic, low carbon steel) and plumbing science.
Structure of the construction industry, environmental and sustainability measures in domestic dwellings and site preparation in the construction industry.
Depending on GCSE grades on entry - the study programme will include GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English.
