Course content
Course Content
This qualification has been designed for those working in a management position within the Warehousing and Storage industry. The aim of this qualification is to provide an insight into the principles and processess of warehouse management and to develop their skills further with a nationally recognised qualification.
Optional units that learners can choose from include: transportation; scheduling logistics operations; improving logistics performance; a range of core managerial skills, such as recruitment and induction of new colleagues, team building and managing own personal resources.
