What do I need to apply
To do this course you should have...
You should a minimum of 2 GCSE passes or successful completion of a Foundation Learning programme at Entry Level 3. Applicants should demonstrate an active interest in working in an engineering environment.

Sujects studied will include:
- Communication skills
- Engineering machining
- Fabrication
- Fitting using hand skills
- Health and safety
This will enable you to make a choice of area in which to specialise at Level 2.
You will also study Functional Skills at an appropriate level.
