The BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service provides opportunities for progression to other qualifications at higher levels, which could also be work-based or more academically structured. Learners who achieve the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service could choose to progress to Level 3 Diploma in Management.

What do I need to apply

To do this course you should have... 

Prior to joining this course you will be invited to attend an individual interview with a member of the Commercial Delivery team to discuss your suitability for the course based on your work background and current situation. No formal qualifications may be necessary as the main criteria or suitability is based on current and previous work experiences.
