On successful completion of the course you can progress onto Level 2 Technical Diploma in Science.

This course will nurture your pre-employability skills in order to be successful in further studies. After this you are able to apply for entry-level roles not only in scientific jobs but you will posses essential skills for other sectors.
What do I need to apply
To do this course you should have...
For level 1 you will need to achieve GCSEs grade D-G (3-1) included English and Maths and preferably a Science or succesfuly complete a Foundation Entry Level 3 qualification and achieved a Level Entry Level 3 Functional skill in English and Maths.
What about work experience?
You will complete 30 hours of work experience during this course.
This experience will give you an insight of what it is like to work in industry, and help you decide your future goals.
