To do this course you should have...
For level 1 you will need to achieve GCSEs grade D-G (3-1) included English and Maths and preferably a Science or succesfuly complete a Foundation Entry Level 3 qualification and achieved a Level Entry Level 3 Functional skill in English and Maths.
What about work experience?
You will complete 30 hours of work experience during this course.
This experience will give you an insight of what it is like to work in industry, and help you decide your future goals.

- Carrying Out a Scientific Experiment
- Investigating Variations in Plants and Animals
- Measuring Waves Used in Technology
- Practical Actions to Protect the Environment
- Making a Chemical Product
- Investigating Crime Scene Evidence
The year starts on 6th of September and ends on 1st July. Study programme will consist of 15/18 hours a week.
