The apprenticeship is a work based learning programme that provides a structured development route to give staff the skills the industry requires. The qualification is applicable to staff who deliver physical, emotional or enabling care to service users and is suitable wherever such care is delivered, including hospitals, service users' homes, nursing homes and day centres.
As an apprentice you can expect to be doing work based learning with an employer and to be paid a wage.
Level 2 Diploma in Care (3095-21) and Care certificate , Maths Level 1 , English Level 1 - Skills, Knowledge and behaviours covered int he Apprenticehsip Standard.
