The Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme promotes lifelong learning amongst the members of the Armed Forces. Subject to certain criteria being met, the scheme provides sponsorship during service and up to 10 years after you’ve left, for personal development courses.
How to claim your credits
The scheme enables eligible Service personnel to enhance their educational skills at Level 3 and above through financial support. Depending on your years of service, you will be entitled to either lower tier or higher tier support.
