At Bournemouth and Poole College we are keen to receive your comments, both positive and critical. It is important to us that we know when we get things right and when there is a need for improvement.
All courses and services at The College are reviewed regularly and your comments will help the teams and managers to prepare and, when necessary, redesign or change the provision.
If you have enjoyed your course please let us know by filling in the form and handing it in to Reception, an Administration Office or by email (feedback@thecollege.co.uk). You may like to comment on the kind of service we provide, the way in which those services are provided or the level of service.
Once a complaint has been fully investigated you will be given feedback about the outcomes. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome and wish to take the matter further you may appeal to the Principal to review the outcome. Finally you may be able to refer your complaint to an external organisation such as the Learning and Skills Council, Ofsted or for those under 18 in college approved accommodation the Commission for Social Care. Information and support will be given to you by the Department of Quality and Development on the next step to take.
