As part of our commitment to Equality and Diversity we are reviewing and impact assessing our policies and procedures in line with the requirements of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000; the Disability Discrimination Act 2005, and the Equality Act (2006).
We welcome these legislative changes as equality impact assessments help us to identify hidden barriers and inequalities, and where these are identified, we will take appropriate action.
