Natalie Burdis
Schools Liaison

Natalie attended a local school and has studied at the Bournemouth and Poole College

Natalie spent 3 years working for a training provider that delivered apprenticeships and from this she gained extensive knowledge in this area. It was from here that Natalie realised she wanted to work directly with young people so pursued her career within the public sector giving information, advice and guidance to young people.

Natalie has widened her knowledge about the options and issues that young people may face and has given information, advice and guidance about employment, education and training. In April 2008, she achieved a recognised qualification in Advice and Guidance and joined The College's Advice and Guidance team in August 2008.

Natalie feels it is important to empower young people so they are able to make their own decisions to meet their needs and to arrive at them safely and responsibly, through giving impartial advice and guidance.
