Tomorrow's top managers unveiled today
A group of trainee managers, who have just successfully completed their level four certificate in management and leadership, have been presented with their certificates by the Chief Executive of Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospital Trust. The hospital was the base for their year dedicated to the intricate skills of management and the psychology of leadership.
They are the first batch of level-four “graduates” of this course at The Bournemouth and Poole College so it was a significant day for both them and the college.
The Chief Executive of the Trust, Tony Spotswood, said it was a measure of the success of the on-going partnership between the hospital and the college and he congratulated all them personally. He said he hoped the experiences during their placement had prepared them for the many difficult management challenges they face going forward.
“This is the first time we have run this course and it's been highly successful,” said Robert Baker course co-ordinator at the college. "The partnership between the hospital and the trust continues to go from strength to strength."
