Consultancy & Quality Partnerships

The College has offered consultancy and Institutional Quality (Collaborative) Partnership programmes since 1992. It International Officesundertook its first major project in 1994 providing the consultancy, training and ongoing quality assurance to assist in the set up of a new vocational school in Oman .

Experience gained from this and subsequent contracts in Australia , China , Greece , Gibraltar , Kuwait , Saudi Arabia , South Africa , Taiwan , Thailand and Vietnam has placed the College in a prominent position to provide a high quality institutional development service.

Programmes and Institutional Partnerships are established after careful negotiations, which take into consideration the Play Productionprogression education benefits to the students. They are based on the Bournemouth and Poole College 's experience in delivering high quality UK national and international qualifications, which are accredited and validated for overseas delivery.

In every case, the systems and quality standards applied are those appertaining to a relevant UK national awarding body. This ensures that the College is able to certify that qualifications awarded overseas are of an equivalent standard of those attained in the UK .

To ensure these standards are maintained verification systems are set up and regularly monitored by College personnel, who may themselves, act as verifiers, assessors or moderators for the UK national awarding bodies.
