At Bournemouth & Poole College we are keen to receive your comments, both positive and critical. It is important to us that we know when we get things right and when there is a need for improvement.
All courses and services at The College are reviewed regularly and your comments will help the teams and managers to prepare and, when necessary, redesign or change the provision.
If you have enjoyed your course please let us know by filling in the form and handing it in to Reception or an HE Administration Office. You may like to comment on the kind of service we provide, the way in which those services are provided or the level of service.
If you feel that improvements can be made or you wish to make a complaint, there are a number of ways you can do this. You can make a complaint by telephone (01202 205625), in writing, by email or in person. The email address is feedback@thecollege.co.uk.
If you wish to see someone immediately you can do this by going to any Reception Office. If you want help in making a complaint then you can ask for someone from the Students’ Union or Student Services to assist you. There is no need to put your complaint in writing, a member of staff will be able to take notes when discussing matters with you.
