The Board of the Corporation comprises 13 members, represented as follows:

• 9 Members with the necessary skills which have been identified by the Corporation,
• 1 Member of Staff (elected from among all the employees)
• 2 Student Members (nominated by The Student Councils in Poole and Bournemouth and The Principal.
• The Chair of the Board is Joy Postings and our Vice-Chair is Peter Taylor.
• They hold this office for a two year term from 1August 2010 – 31 July 2012.
