The College Foundation was set up in 1994 and was the first registered charity established in the U.K. to enhance the education of students attending a further education college. Since then we have raised over £1,000,000 for the benefit of our students.
The College Foundation will be organising a number of Conferences, Seminars and Exhibitions over the next year.
These courses are led by Diana Guy BBC Gardener of the Year 2004. Each course consists of 4 workshops that run from 9.30 - 12.30 either on a Thursday or Saturday and cost just £25 for the course.
Creating a Cottage Garden aims to inspire anyone interested in the creation of a cottage garden or border. It covers the history of cottage gardens, the plants to grow and how to re-create the cottage garden 'look'. The course will include a garden visit.
Turning over a New Leaf aims to motivate and inspire anyone wishing to get their garden in order, whether planning a small change in a border or a whole new look for the garden. The course will include a garden visit.
