This is in addition to jobs and career opportunities within schools and colleges, the charity sector and social care.
Who can benefit from counselling skills training?

Carers, teachers, teaching assistants, police officers, nurses, health care assistants, social workers, customer service representatives and sales people have all reported that they benefited from counselling skills training.
How can counselling skills training help at work?
The real benefits of counselling skills training at work are improved personal effectiveness, resolving difficult situations quickly, reduction in stress, excellent team working, establishing good client relationships with great customer service. Our students tell us that counselling skills have not only changed how they relate to people, but have also helped them to become more resilient, more tolerant and patient and build better relationships.
