Most businesses need to deliver some in-house training to their staff at some time. The effectiveness of staff training is very much dependent on the skills of the deliverer. This two-day course will help you identify the role of training within your organisation and how the training cycle works. You’ll learn how to set meaningful objectives and provide effective delivery, along with how to extract and give useful feedback for staff development. The trainer has a pivotal role in any organisation and therefore this course has been split into two days over two weeks. You will be encouraged to practically implement your new knowledge and techniques between the course dates to bring first hand experiences to develop on the second day.
