Recuitment Solutions (New Deal Training)

Through our partnerships with Jobcentre Plus and other organisations we are heavily involved in up-skilling and re-skilling unemployed people, giving them the qualifications, skills and confidence to get back into work.

These job seekers can be trained to help fill any current staff vacancies within your organisation. With prior consultation, we may be able to customise a training package to suit your requirements, and by offering a job to someone who is currently unemployed, you may also be eligible for a subsidy to help towards their salary cost.

We can also search the current skills bank of job seekers to help match your person specification to their skills and experience, thus saving expensive recruitment costs. These training and recruitment services are offered at NO COST to the employer.
