In these placements for teachers, lecturers and career advisers, we aim to inspire educators to use the construction industry as a context for learning - how curriculum subjects are applied in the industry, what modern technologies are used in the industry, inform of career paths available, and more.

We are keen to hear from YOU to establish particular areas of the curriculum that would benefit from the use of the construction industry context.  Links with industry and construction professionals enable us to tailor placements to your needs. We can organise INSET days, too.  Please contact the DCCC to discuss.

We offer full day, half day or twilight placements for staff from schools, learning centres, colleges and career advice centres throughout the year. Past events include:
