Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 5pm 36 weeks September 2013
This course is for people who have achieved the Level 2 qualification or equivalent and wish to gain the highest trade qualification at level 3 supervisory qualification predominently in complex cut roofs.
You do not need to be employed within the industry to complete this qualification
The course will cover the following:
- Practical cut roof activity
- Theory - Roof development on angles and lengths
- Planning on-site activities
- Working relationships on-site
- Construction methods
You must have a relevant level 2 qualifcation.
Course assessment is ongoing and will include a 30 hour synoptic assessment and an online written exam.
On successful completion of this course you may be able to progress onto the HNC Building Studies programme.
