Offered within The Corporate and Marketing Communications (CMC) Framework of the Bournemouth University Media School, this course offer students a solid, relevant and rigorous educational experience, and produces graduates who are employable and effective within the workplace. Students acquire skills which could single them out from other advertising, marketing or PR students who have graduated from traditional business schools. Employers and placement providers welcome the links with the Media School which has a national and international reputation for excellence.

Indicative tariff points 120 from two full A-levels or equivalent and to include one full A level at 80 tariff points (i.e. grade C) in a relevant subject)
Preferred subjects:Business Studies, Computer Studies, Communication, Economics, English (Literature, Language combined), Psychology, a Modern Language, a Science subject.
If English is not your first language, a minimum IELTS (Academic) of 6.5, TOEFL 570 (paper based), or TOEFL 90 (internet based) is normally required. A telephone interview may also be necessary
Successful graduates will be well-equipped to enter a wide range of Marketing/Marketing-related positions across a number of industries and organisations. Graduates may also apply to progress onto the BA (Hons) Marketing Communication at Bournemouth University,subject to availability. You will join this course at the start of a 40 week placement period, before progressing onto the Honours level. You could also progress onto other related degree level courses which may also require a one year work placement.
