The Study Gallery opened in November 2000 and situated at the North Road campus. It was funded by the National Lottery, by a gift of land and support from The College, and by substantial donations from charitable trusts. It is a unique and exciting piece of architecture that has won two awards since opening. It is a building capable of showing many different art forms to a very high standard. It has a study facility and a gallery that converts into a studio on a very regular basis.

The gallery fulfils many functions, all connected with education in one way or another. The exhibition programme is used as stimulus to work for students in The College, and in schools across the South West region. We also work in collaboration with other colleges and universities.
