South coast based car, van and commercial vehicle hire company U-Drive are hoping to impress their existing customers and gain new business by providing first class customer care. Richard Sutton, General Manager of U Drive has committed to encouraging his entire staff team to undertake customer service training delivered by trainers from The Bournemouth and Poole College.

A number of companies that work with The Bournemouth and Poole College recently celebrated success at the LSC South West Skills Awards.

Bournemouth Hospital - Large Employer of the year award
Street Scene - Highly commended runner-up small employer
Bournemouth YMCA - Highly commended runner-up medium employer

On top of this The College also had two Apprentices win Highly commended awards in the Young Apprentice of the Year and the Advanced Apprentice of the Year.
