At The Bournemouth and Poole College we need to recruit more Assessors to help us deliver NVQs in the workplace. Our Train to Gain initiative has proved to be so successful that we are now seeking more people to join our training team to assess people studying at work. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone thinking of a career change or wanting to earn extra money.
A group of production staff from the Ryvita factory in Poole are enjoying the taste of success having recently completed the level 2 NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques under Train to Gain. The training, delivered by The Bournemouth and Poole College, was customised to suit the Ryvita teams’ requirements and has already proved to be beneficial.
